Reward Maximizer is an independent tool and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with any of the following organizations or their affiliates:

Rakuten, Inc.

Use of the Extension

Automatically clicking "Add Offer" or "Activate" buttons when you initiate a sync
Scrolling pages to load additional offer content

By using the Extension, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for these automated actions.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

Ensuring your use of the Extension complies with your credit card issuers' Terms of Service
Any consequences that may result from automated interactions with credit card portals
Verifying offer accuracy and terms directly on the credit card portal before relying on them
Understanding that automated activity may trigger security measures or account restrictions

We are not liable for any account restrictions, suspensions, or other actions taken by financial institutions as a result of your use of this Extension.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

Indirect Damages

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed $10 USD or the amount you paid for the Extension (whichever is greater). Since the Extension is free, this effectively limits our liability to $10.
